By using Justified Transport services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Justified Transport provides premium transportation services including:

• Business Class transportation for corporate clients
• VIP luxury vehicle service
• Premium rides for personal transportation
• Memorial and funeral services
• Airport transfers and special events

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Payment is required at the time of booking or upon service completion
• We accept major credit cards and approved corporate accounts
• Additional fees may apply for premium services, waiting time, or special requests
• Prices are subject to change based on demand, time of day, and distance

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No charge
• Cancellations made 4-24 hours in advance: 50% charge
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance: Full charge
• No-shows will be charged the full amount
• Weather-related cancellations may be subject to different terms

Passengers agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Be ready at the designated pickup time and location
• Treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
• Not engage in illegal activities while using our services
• Pay for any damages caused to vehicles during transport

• All vehicles are fully insured and licensed in NYC
• Justified Transport maintains comprehensive commercial insurance
• We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service
• Passengers are responsible for their own travel insurance needs
